Your Insurance Company will appoint a Loss Adjuster to represent their interests. For a cost effective fee you can have your damage assessed and your claim fully documented, submitted and negotiated by one of our Assessors, to ensure you receive equal representation and obtain your maximum entitlement under the terms of your policy.
Loss Assessors are legally obliged to register with the Central Bank of Ireland to undertake Insurance Mediation under the European Communities (Insurance Mediation) Regulations 2005. To do this we must attain Minimum Competency criteria in terms of Insurance qualifications to be able to adequately advise policyholders on the performance of the insurance contract. All our Loss Assessing staff also undertake Continuous Professional Development in order to remain up-to-date with ever changing insurance policy contracts. We also comply with all relevant Consumer Protection Codes, as laid out by the Central Bank of Ireland.
