Property damage policies exclude claims preparation costs.  However appointing a PLA can provide the best value for money ever spent.  Clients can be concerned that the cost of engaging a PLA may be prohibitive and could be an unnecessary cost that they will have to bear. Balcombes provide an optional Add-on product.  Brokers can provide an additional level of service to clients when they need it most, without the worry of the cost to your client.  We offer a personal service and professional advice.  We assess the damage, negotiate and agree the scope and cost of the claim, at no cost to the policyholder on claims up to €15,000 at the time of the claim. Additional options of €50,000 and €100,000 available for Commercial clients.

By implementing Balcombes Property Claims Add-on, you can sell our services at a very competitive price as part of your New Business/Renewal procedures.  Offering clients the choice of “opting-in” to avail of Balcombes Claims Management services in the event of a claim, will ensure you deliver the best support at the time of a loss.  See our claims service certificate here: Broker cert DL.  You sell the add-on service to your Household and Commercial Property clients. At the end of the following month, you submit a bordereau and reconciliation to Balcombes Claims Management.
